Honoring Motherhood as Sacred Work
Supporting mothers through every stage of motherhood, rooted in faith and restoring postpartum as the foundation for a woman’s health, vitality, and longevity.
A Mother, Guide, and Steward of Care
Brandilyn Clay is a wife, mother of three, and devoted mamapreneur committed to restoring reverence, nourishment, and care to the sacred season of motherhood—especially birth, postpartum, and the early years of childhood.
This work is both lived and learned.
With a Master’s degree in Integral Psychology and over a decade of experience in holistic therapy, mindfulness, and birthwork, she guides women through the physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation of becoming a mother—one who grows into her role as a matriarch, rooted, resourced, and capable of healing the lineage through the way she lives, loves, and mothers.

Formed by Faith, Guided by Wisdom
Raised in the Mormon faith, Brandilyn developed a deep connection to prayer and a personal relationship with Jesus from a very young age. As she matured, she felt called to deepen her understanding of the human psyche and the body’s innate capacity to heal—studying psychology, mindfulness practices, and natural medicine while remaining anchored in her faith.
At 34, she was rebaptized in the Christian faith after experiencing an encounter with Jesus that changed everything for the better. She now attends ZAO Church, where she sings on the worship team and is raising her children to cultivate their own strong, personal relationship with Jesus and live aligned with biblical values.
This integration of spiritual devotion and therapeutic wisdom continues to shape her work today, offering care that is both practical and deeply reverent.
Love, Marriage and the Call to Mother
In 2018, Brandilyn met her husband—an encounter marked by immediate recognition and a shared longing for marriage and family. Building a home together and becoming a mother had always been her greatest dream, and she felt connected to her children long before they were conceived.
Motherhood became the deepest rebirth of her identity and the most profound spiritual initiation of her life.
Family became her becoming.
Birth revealed to Brandilyn a sacred feminine power she believes flows directly from God—an embodied wisdom unlike anything she had known before. Her first postpartum experience in 2020 unfolded during the height of COVID quarantine, marked by isolation and the absence of support.
That season planted the seed for The Mothers Hive. Determined to create the level of care she herself had needed but could not find, Brandilyn began reimagining postpartum not as an afterthought, but as a sacred foundation for a woman’s entire life.

A Journey into Healing Work
Brandilyn’s path into healing work was profoundly shaped by her own personal journey. At the age of 23, after experiencing sexual assault, she entered trauma therapy and healed through EMDR. This season became the catalyst that led her to graduate school and into the field of psychology.
Healing became the doorway.

Before becoming a mother, Brandilyn worked in private practice as a holistic therapist, supporting women as they healed from trauma, restored nervous system safety, and reclaimed wholeness—work that continues to inform her maternal care today.

SHAPED BY PRACTICE
Ancient Wisdom for Women’s Longevity
Rooted in the teachings of Chinese medicine and Ayurveda, Brandilyn’s work is guided by the understanding that the way a woman is cared for during her childbearing years shapes her long-term health.
Postpartum, in these traditions, is a critical window that influences hormonal balance, nervous system resilience, and vitality for decades to come. As many women now move directly from their birthing years into perimenopause, Brandilyn is passionate about reframing postpartum care as an investment in longevity—so women may age with strength, clarity, and the capacity to enjoy their grandchildren.

Symbols of Lineage and Sacred Order
A singer since childhood and a harpist since the age of eleven, music remains one of the ways Brandilyn feels most deeply connected to God. Today, she offers music as worship and blessing at births, mother blessings, weddings, funerals, celebrations of life, and other sacred life passages.
Brandilyn is also a beekeeper, drawn to honeybees as symbols of lineage, fertility, sensuality, maternal wisdom, and natural order. Bees have long served as a reminder of the sacred intelligence woven into nature and the importance of community, continuity, and care across generations guided by the integrity of the lineage.

Bee Symbology
When Brandilyn began meditating, honeybees began speaking to her in synchronistic ways. Awakening to the potent medicine of nature inspired her to become a beekeeper and earthkeeper. Honeybees are a symbol of life, fertility, sweetness, pollination and creation, all of which she vows to nourish and protect.
In ancient Greek & Egyptian mythology, the honeybee priestesses have been responsible for keeping communities together and for teaching the arts of healing and divination. Honeybees are keepers of sacred wisdom, its no wonder why they have been worshipped for eons.

Healing the World Through Our Mothers
Today, Brandilyn is a mother on a mission—devoted to ushering in a new paradigm of postpartum care while living her own life with simplicity, grace, and presence. With each child, she believes, a woman comes more fully into her truest self.
At the heart of her work is a guiding truth: When a mother is healthy, supported, and whole, her children—and the generations that follow—are able to thrive.
When mothers are healed, generations are healed.
When mothers are nourished, families stabilize. When families are supported, communities flourish. And when women are honored at the beginning of motherhood, healing ripples forward for generations to come. We can truly restore the planet together, by focusing on healing the mothers.
